The European Union (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance statement
Fruugo.com Ltd confirms that its average monthly active recipients in the EU over the period of 1 February 2024 through 30 June 2024 was below 45 million. Therefore Fruugo.com Ltd is not categorised as a Very Large Online Marketplace (VLOP) by the Digital Services Act.
Fruugo will continue to monitor the number of average monthly active recipients of its services in the EU and will publish updated information at least every 6 months.

All legal requests, including content removal requests, may be submitted in accordance with Fruugo’s Third Party Legal Complaints Policy.
Fruugo’s Third Party Legal Complaints Policy contains the designated single point of contact for EU member states’ authorities and recipients of Fruugo’s service (as provided under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act)). All legal requests made under Articles 9 and 10 of the Digital Services Act must be provided in English. Receipt of correspondence by this means does not waive any objections, including the lack of jurisdiction or proper service.
